Prototyping &
Electronics Manufacturing
Made in Berlin
From prototype straight into series production
From the initial idea to series production – using the same process and consistently high quality.
A prototype is far more than just a functional model. It forms the basis for a successful mass-produced product. That is why we manufacture your assemblies not on separate prototype workstations, but on the very same industrial production lines that will later be used for mass production.
Even during the prototyping phase, insights into manufacturability, material availability and process reliability are incorporated into your project. This shortens the path from development to the start of series production and minimises the need for subsequent adjustments.
Whether you are a start-up, a development service provider or an industrial company – we support your project from the first prototype right through to series production.
Your advantages
- Targeted risk minimization and troubleshooting prior to market launch.
- The product can be tested in advance for suitability, acceptance, and vulnerabilities.
- High-quality prototypes allow for early dialogue with national and international certification bodies to ensure smooth product approval and market launch.
- Your know-how is secure—on GDPR-compliant German and European systems.
Our prototpying service
We are industrialisation partners for Berlin-based start-ups and support young tech companies through every stage, from prototyping and manufacturability consultancy right through to series production, including conformity and obsolescence monitoring.

5 steps from the initial idea through to the prototype and into mass production

1. Initial idea & concept
It all starts with an idea.
We support you in assessing technical implementation options, selecting suitable components and evaluating costs and feasibility.
Whether it’s a rough circuit concept or a detailed specification — together we define the foundations for the development.

The prototype
The next step involves turning your circuit design into working prototypes. We assemble the first printed circuit boards and validate the design, functionality and component placement.
Objective: A working prototype that confirms technical feasibility (PoC – Proof of Concept) and serves as the basis for all subsequent steps.

3. Design-for-Manufacturing (DFM) Review
The prototype works — but is it suitable for mass production?
Together, we optimise component placement, solder paste layout and assembly sequence to ensure suitability for mass production.
Potential risks such as component availability, tolerances and process limits are identified and resolved at an early stage — before they become costly in mass production.

4. Pre-production run/pilot run
Using the approved design, we produce a small batch under mass-production conditions. This validates the test procedures, process parameters and product quality. Each circuit undergoes electrical and optical inspection (AOI). The end result is a qualified production process and a documented test report.

5. Serienfreigabe

Series production
Using approved process parameters, we handle the continuous production of your assemblies — fully automated, traceable and in accordance with ISO 9001.
Every batch is documented and every assembly is inspected.
Flexibility, continuous quality control and long-term obsolescence monitoring ensure your supply reliability.
