To learn together, share experiences, meet young, innovative companies, and find partners, customers, and suppliers, we select engaging speakers from across Europe for our events—speakers who offer innovative ideas for a sustainable future for our industry in Europe.
SRM organizes and facilitates PEIE events in the Berlin-Brandenburg region.

Alpine Electronics Innovation Summit

What if Europe’s electronics industry stopped merely adapting—and instead actively shaped its own future?
At the Alpine Electronics Innovation Summit on June 17, Jasmin Konnegen—our Project Manager for EMS Transformation Strategy—kicked off the evening program alongside Verena Kuen (Founder & CEO of 1030 Innovation Partners).
Together, they explored a question that lies at the heart of our *ProudlyEngineeredInEurope* initiative:
“How do we step out of our comfort zones to embrace active collaboration—and how do we make the European electronics industry more resilient, visible, and innovative?”
Jasmin shared her deep expertise in business development, transformation, and technical B2B marketing for the European electronics industry with experts from across the sector.
Her work at SRM aims to connect OEMs, EMS providers, start-ups, and partners across borders—helping the entire industry operate with greater confidence and collaboration while bringing ideas to market faster.
Her keynote address, along with presentations by various members of our network, provided an exciting start to a successful networking evening featuring professional discussions alongside the football broadcast.
We are delighted by the consistently positive feedback from participants across all areas of our industry and look forward to the upcoming events we will be organizing together with our partners in Austria.
FED Regional meeting at EBK Group

As a founding member of ProudlyEngineeredInEurope and a full member of the FED, SRM co-organized an FED regional group meeting in early 2026, hosted by our partners in Berlin.
The event focused on active dialogue between speakers and participants, featuring a mix of keynote presentations, on-stage panel discussions, and a comprehensive tour of the company facilities.
We were able to address a range of current topics and exchange views with the participants:
- Boosting resilience in Europe’s electronics sector through cooperation – using Germany, France, and Poland as examples
- Personal electronics sales: generational shifts and the impact of AI
- Automated analysis of supply chain and production data for smoother operational workflows
